Biographical Sketch

Dr David Zoogah currently teaches Management at the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. His specialization is Human Resources and Organizational Behavior Processes in Strategic Alliances. His interest is in Strategic alliance effectiveness. So, his research focuses on factors that influence alliance manager, alliance team, and alliance organization effectiveness.

In addition to presenting papers at academic conferences, he has published in academic journals. One of his papers which was judged as the Best Paper in the Gender, Diversity, and Organization (GDO) Division of the Academy of Management 2005 Meeting in Hawaii, was published in the Proceedings of the Academy of Management.

Dr Zoogah who got his Ph.D. from Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, has been a member of ASAP since 2004. He is also a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Association, American Psychological Association, Academy of Management, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

He specializes in the human resources and behavioral aspects of organizations, particularly partnerships and alliances. His research focuses on team effectiveness, competency development, diversity, and training.
